Adapt Behaviour was co founded by Dr Stacey Hunter and Rebecca Ayton.
They are passionate and dedicated to support individuals to reach their full potential by creating positive environments for all to thrive.

Our Journey

At Adapt Behaviour, we specialize in providing tailored consultancy, training, and support for schools and families navigating the complexities of special educational needs and behavioural support within mainstream schools. From securing and implementing whole-school training packages to offering bespoke behaviour support for local authorities across North Wales, we enhance staff expertise in embedding Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) and Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA) techniques into the classroom. We offer ongoing supervision and mentorship for teachers, teaching assistants, and Registered Behaviour Technicians (RBTs).

Our expertise extends to writing Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs), Individual Development Plans (IDPs), providing tribunal representation, and acting as expert witnesses. We have successfully secured provision and recruited behavior support specialists for local authorities, ensuring that the team receives continuous supervision, training, and mentorship to deliver high-quality services. At Adapt Behaviour, we create inclusive learning environments that empower both students and educators, ensuring effective, personalized behavioral and skill-based packages for every client.
